Little Hearts

Peyton

My son was born April 19, 2012 and after a three month battle Peyton passed away on January 14, 2013 at just 8 months old. My husband and I have devoted our life to doing just that PULLING FOR PEYTON. On March 16, 2013 our Ford F350 was taken to Rudy’s performance in North Caroline to West Virginia and Ohio as Clifford – The Big Red Truck in honor of his memory and awareness for Congenital Heart Defects.

Peyton had five congenital heart defects - Tetralogy of Fallot, Double Outlet Right Ventricle, AVSD, Pulmonary Stenosis, and a PDA. In a way to raise awareness we decided to PULL our truck for Peyton. Our truck was modified into a sled pulling truck and will be featured in several events throughout the year. Multiple automotive car shows, and drag race events, several parades by the Army National Guard, local schools, and in Truck sled Pulls throughout all of West Virginian and Ohio. All proceeds of our awareness fundraiser will be donated to the little hearts.
