Isaiah, born 2017

Isaiah was born on January 31 after a long labor. He was beautiful and pink. Five hours later he turned blue and oxygen wasn't helping. We were told he needed to be transported to a hospital with a NICU. Then came those words- there's something wrong with your baby’s heart. We went to the other hospital where they explained what was wrong and how it could be helped. Isaiah had his first surgery at 9 days old and a heart cath at 7 months. He has been hitting all his milestones and is a very happy baby. At 10 months, he started to walk.  Unless you see the scar you would not know by looking at him what he has been through. Today, Isaiah is doing really well.
